Questions and answers
Grouped by what you are doing. Where something hasn't been decided yet, the answer says so.
Simulated accounts
What you are actually buying and what the account is.
A MetaTrader 5 demo account with a simulated balance. You trade in a simulated environment; no real funds are deposited by you or traded on your behalf. The account size is the starting balance of that simulation, not money you receive. There are no challenge phases: the account is payout-eligible from the start, subject to the payout conditions.
No. The simulated account size (for example $50,000) is the starting balance inside the simulation, in US dollars. The purchase fee is a separate one-time payment in euros (for example €800 for the $50,000 account), listed with each plan. The amount you actually pay is recorded with your purchase.
Five sizes: $50,000 (€800), $100,000 (€1,500), $200,000 (€2,800), $500,000 (€4,500) and $1,000,000 (€6,000). The Plans page shows each with its conditions. The trading and payout rules are published on the rules page once adopted; until then they are marked “to be confirmed”.
Trading happens on a simulated balance, so trading losses are simulated. The purchase fee is a real payment; refund conditions will be set out in the refund policy, which is still being prepared.
Website registration
Creating and securing your website account.
No. Registration creates your website account only. It does not purchase, reserve or activate a simulated account, and purchasing is not open yet.
Your e-mail address must be confirmed first. Open the confirmation link that was sent to it; it works once and expires after one hour. If it never arrived, use the resend option on the sign-in page.
An extra sign-in step with a code from an authenticator app on your phone. You can turn it on in Settings today. Once it is on, every sign-in asks for a code, and it is required before a simulated account is activated.
There are no recovery codes and no self-service bypass. The authenticator is removed only after support has confirmed that the request really comes from you, through an audited process; you then sign in with your password and set up a new one. Support contact details will be published on the contact page when support is available.
Purchases and activation
From a purchase to your trading login.
Purchasing is not open yet. When it opens, you pay outside the website and the owner confirms the payment by hand. The website itself takes no payments: there is no card or crypto checkout.
Once your payment is confirmed, the simulated account is added to your website account and you get an e-mail. It appears in your dashboard with its number, size and conditions. Next you verify your identity and turn on two-factor authentication; then your trading login is shown in the dashboard.
You upload two identity documents, which the owner reviews, and you turn on two-factor authentication on your website account. Documents are deleted after the decision. Real documents are not collected yet.
Your trading login is shown once your identity is approved and two-factor authentication is on. Approval is a decision by a person; there is no promised time.
Accounts are demo accounts on MetaTrader 5. After verification (with two-factor authentication on) your login details are shown only in your dashboard, together with connection steps. They are never sent by e-mail.
Rules, review and payouts
How rule status and payout decisions work.
Each account shows the conditions recorded for it. Balance, equity and how much of each limit is used appear in your dashboard once the account is connected for read-only monitoring. The rules themselves are published on the rules page once adopted.
A confirmed breach ends the account's participation and its payout eligibility. Which events count as a breach depends on the rules, which are not adopted yet. A closed account stays in your history.
When an account meets the payout conditions, the owner reviews it and approves or declines with a reason. Approved payouts are paid outside the website and recorded against the account. Payouts are not guaranteed, and the payout conditions, profit share and timing are not adopted yet.
